European Union (EU) started studies on Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM) in line with the goal of being a carbon-neutral continent in 2050 by reducing carbon emissions by 55% in 2030 compared to 1990 levels. With CBAM, EU also aims protecting the competitive conditions of the Union, preventing investments from shifting to countries where there is no carbon pricing, and combating the climate crisis.
In this context, REVER provides accurate and reliable technical guidance services to manufacturers exporting to the European Union. We provide key insights about CBAM requirements, transparently evaluating the scope of CBAM in the exported product category, and fulfilling the CBAM requirements.
