Enterprises carrying out activities included in "Annex-1 of the Regulation on the Monitoring of Greenhouse Gas Emissions, which entered into force by being published in the Official Gazette dated 17/05/2014 and numbered 29003, have to monitor their greenhouse gas emissions between January 1 and December 31 of the previous calendar year within the scope of the Communiqué on Monitoring and Reporting of Greenhouse Gas Emissions dated 22/07/2014 and numbered 29068.

Businesses are required to submit their Greenhouse Gas Emission Reports to the Ministry by 30 April of each year, which have been verified within the scope of the Communiqué on the Verification of Greenhouse Gas Emissions Reports and Accreditation of Verifying Bodies published in the Official Gazette dated 2/12/2017 and numbered 30258.
